Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours: 50% refund

No-shows without notice: No refund

Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Payment schedules for projects will be agreed upon in advance

Additional work beyond agreed scope requires approval and additional payment

Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date

UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes

We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation first

Mediation may be considered before formal legal proceedings

Most issues can be resolved through direct communication
